I exhausted all searches Harddrive - do not have a DVD Driver Disc - what are my options? I could kiss you. However I still get the same message, which doesn't make sense as the optical drive is no longer needed. And work if it not set to Master or Slave installer not work!!!
This method should be used if you have an actual disc image ISO file of Windows 7.

when asking the missing driver while installing windows just show the location of the files from usb.
